How do I return items and when will I receive the refund?

To return a product, contact the Company at the branch where you purchase the product within 7 days of purchase or by calling our customer service 02-002-8888 . Once the Company has received the returned item, we will process the refund in the form of credit note.

How can I track my order?

You may track the status of your order by fill out your order number and tracking number in the 'My Orders' page in your profile.

How long does delivery take?

Orders received Monday – Friday will be shipped and delivered within 3 – 5 working days (excluding public holidays).

How do I use my 25% promo code?

After adding products to the cart, on the ‘edit cart’ page add your promotion code in the Member/Promo Code slot. If you do not have a promo code, you can request one from a friend who is a member of ULife or apply for membership to receive your own promo code. For more information, click on 'Member Privileges

How can I be sure my online payment is secure?

While making payments via debit and credit card, all information is sent through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between the web server and the banks security system. At no point does this website store users debit and credit card information.

If I am a regular customer (Brand Fan), how can I apply for Business Partner?

You can easily become a business partner by applying for membership at the 'Member Privileges' page . For Business Partner membership, there is a 600 baht membership fee.

What are the different types of membership and what are the benefits?

There are 2 types of ULife's membership:

1. Brand Fan (BF) is for people who love our products and would like to buy it at a 25% discounted price. These people use the products personally or within their own family. This requires a Sponsor Code and they must buy at least 1 product.

2. Business Partner (BP) is for people who use our product and would like turn it into business by sharing product's benefits and business opportunity with other people. They will receive various bonus cash and must pay for membership fee at 600 baht to receive "Promo Code."

Is it required to have a sponsor when applying for membership?

- For Brand Fan (BF), it is required to have a sponsor code and buy at least 1 product when register.

- For Business Partner (BP), it is required to have a sponsor code. If you don't have it, you can find by clicking "FIND A REPRESENTATIVE" or "SHOP WITH A REPRESENTATIVE" to find a representative near you.

- To register Brand Fan (BF) / Business Partner (BP) is required to have promotion code
